Having been sick since your early childhood, you have never known good health. You may have a physical sickness, or a sickness of the heart. Your parents of nobility, of course, had you hide your illness from the rest of high society, refusing to show any weakness within the family. You became amazing at hiding your tells over time, physical and otherwise. With deceiving others in nobility comes great knowledge of deceptive arts. You have tricked the best of the best, everyone thinks you're healthy. Unless, perhaps, whther it be you or someone else, there was a leak.
But due to your sicklyness, have you been shunned? Have you recieved extra support? What does your family think of you? What do you think of how they, along with the rest of high society view you?

Thanks to your noble birth, people are inclined to think the best of you. You are welcome in high society, and people assume you have the right to be wherever you are. The common folk make every effort to accommodate you and avoid your displeasure, and other people of high birth treat you as a member of the same social sphere. You can secure an audience with a local noble if you need to. You will hear gossip follow you wherever you go, whether it be for your lack of attendance at events, or your early departure from them, society is watching you.
Suggested Characteristics
Nobles are born and raised to a very different lifestyle than most people ever experience, and their personalities reflect that upbringing. But for you, this may apply slightly more or less, depending on how you've been treated. A noble title comes with a plethora of bonds—responsibilities to family, to other nobles (including the sovereign), to the people entrusted to the family’s care, or even to the title itself. But this responsibility is often a good way to undermine a noble.
