As a charioteer you have raced, built, repaired, crashed, designed and loved chariots as the biggest part of your life. You know how to make them do things those just learning about them swear just aren't possible. You'd rather sleep in your chariot the rest of your life than live in a palace and never ride one again.

Defining Event

Charioteers come in two varieties the lifers and the doomed. If you're a life you probably started small enough that lifting your mentor's largest tools were a true feet of strength. The doomed do it for their freedom, for pay, or because the don't want to die a boring death.  Either way, you probably live your life a quarter of a track at a time
