By magical or mental means you have grown up with multiple people living in your body, whether you have made contact with them is yours to decide. You share your life with these people, and every day is its own adventure, or, several in one.
- Tool Proficiencies: One of your choice.
- Languages: Two languages of the same race of two of your headmates.
You have multiple people living in your body, and with this, you have identified each of their identities. Each of these headmates have the ability to ‘front’, or essentially take control of the body. There can be multiple headmates fronting. Each headmate has their own distinct personality, opinions, and interests. You may have as many headmates as you want as long as your character is not the only one. Feel free to use this template for a quick summary of each one which you can give to your DM:
Name:
Age:
Race:
Allignment:

Background:
(Optional, speak with your DM!) Each headmate can additionally be assigned their own Charisma, Intelligence, and/or Wisdom score. However, it can only range from 0 - 15, with the addition of your racial benefits. Feats and bonuses beside racial benefits are not counted. You may only choose two of these three scores to edit per headmate.
Having different people controlling one body is bound to cause some need for control. Every long or short rest (this time can be changed by the DM), you will roll for a table you will create that includes you, each of your headmates, ‘blurry’, and ‘frontstuck’. Whichever it lands on is who will be fronting, or what state you will be in.
If you land on ‘blurry’, you will have disadvantage on Charisma checks until the next switch roll.
If you land on ‘frontstuck’, you will need to roll the table again to see who is frontstuck, if you land on ‘blurry’, then roll again.
Optional Feature: Home Is Where The Head Is!
One may ask where all of the headmates stay, to which you have an answer! In your group you have a world you have collectively built that you can escape into to relax or to call upon headmates. What this headspace looks like is up to you and your DM, however, when entering the headspace, you are allowed to make a DC 15 Persuasion check to try and call upon a specific headmate to front. On a 1, you will flip a coin to determine another factor. Heads for becoming frontstuck (the current fronter), tails for becoming blurry.
Suggested Characteristics
* You are free to edit this background as much as you wish for your personal character! System experiences aren’t universally the same!
