Every turn role a D20 if you role lower then a 8 change persona every turn increase minimum role by 1; new persona is chosen based on a dice roll. Each persona correlates to a different side of the dice.

Personas can have different classes, mental stats, proficiencies, alignments, affiliations, and personalities from one another.

Persona changes can be triggered by aptly named trigger events: these can directly correlate to a specific persona or just cause a dice based change.

All personas have the same level, physical stats, and memories.
