Suggested Characteristics

A junk dealer is at, their core, an opportunistic merchant. They aren't known for being too showy about it though. Most of their inventory tends to be acquired, stored, and evaluated through their own means. Most advertisement is word of mouth through local contacts and street venders. A practiced air of self-reliance, stubborn practicality and unwillingness to give up on something just because it isn't as shiny as it used to be is usually what it takes to stay in their unique economic position.
