You're well known in your region, but not for good reason. People tell tales of your terror (which may or may not be true, rumors spread quickly) and no one wants you in their community. You've been pushed to the fringes of society because of this, and if recognized you run the risk of being thrown out of town.

Feature: Run out of Town
If you're recognized people will do everything they can to get you to leave, you've learned to use this to your advantage though. You can suggest bribes for people to give you in order to get you to leave. You've also become good at hiding in the shadows and can attempt to hide even when there is very little cover around you.
Suggested Characteristics
Every story needs an antagonist and that's your Folk Villian. Not all villains are bad though, some of the stories told about them are true, but there's been an awful lot of embellishment as to what really happened.
