You work for the Man. You are a middle manager in a massive faceless corporation. You don’t always agree with the polices and procedures of your organization, but you do what you’re told. Your connection to the corporation allows you access to reputable merchants and guilds.
- Skill Proficiencies: Insight, Persuasion
- Tool Proficiencies: One type of artisan’s tools
- Languages: One of your choice
- Equipment: A set of artisan’s tools (one of your choice), a letter of introduction from your Corporate Office, a set of traveler’s clothes, and a pouch containing 15 gp
Your corporate employer can be involved in a variety of economic practices. Most people know of your corporation, even if they don’t know what it does. While you cannot make major decisions on behalf of your corporation, you can use your connection to manipulate merchants and vendors into providing you with special consideration or risk being punished by supply chain issues.

As an emissary for a faceless corporation, you can rely on certain benefits that your position provides. Your fellow employees will provide you with lodging and food if necessary, and pay for your funeral if needed. In some cities and towns, a satellite corporate office offers a central place to meet other coworkers, which can be a good place to meet potential patrons, allies, or hirelings.
Your Corporate Office often wields excessive political power. If you are accused of a crime, corporate will support you if a good case can be made for your innocence or the crime is justifiable, and the expense of defending you is low. You can also gain access to powerful political figures through the corporation, assuming the figure is Republican. Such connections might require a donation to their CPAC.
You can expense modest travel accommodations and basic survival supplies, provided you save the receipts.

Instead of a Corporation, you may be a cog in the political machine. You may hold a middling political office, or work for a notorious politician or political party. Your political influence allows you access to decision makers throughout the region, provided they are not diametrically opposed to your beliefs.
Your political involvement can effect how commoners interact with you. Some taverns will offer you free services, while others may refuse to serve you. Speak with you DM to determine the values you spew and how they affect the general public.
