Immortality, That is what you seek, you use your skills and powers to appease your dark master in order for him to give you his gift and leave your free will untouched.
How far will you go? will you be a merciless servant that just wants to get what he gets, or will you serve with a sense of good will secretly?
Discuss with your DM what Undead you serve, and under what circumstances did you meet? and what is your master(or in some cases Mistress) use as a symbol.
- Skill Proficiencies: You are a master of either Deception, Persuasion or Intimidation.

As your master is undead, you've spent a lot of time studying them and interacting with those who have been blessed by him(in other words Thralls who serve, have no free will, but still can think.
As such you know certain rules and rituals that must be followed, territories that you can get special access if your master is friends(or acquaintances is more accurate but there are some out there.)
When speaking to Intelligent undead(smart and aware enough to speak or understand speech.) you have the option to show your master's symbol and request to see "Their" Master or whoever keeps things running(like a Underling.)
Depending how your DM wishes things to go, Persuasion and charm may get you somewhere.
They may, or may not agree to let you see their master/mistress. they also could possibly give you a test of strength, pitting you and the party against lower level minions.
