Folk Herbalist

While perhaps not as commercial as an Apothecary, or as academic as an Alchemist, you follow a similar path and have made your living selling herbal medicines and potions to those folk who need them. Whether you thought your life too dull, or you just want to expand your horizons, you have packed up your kit and taken to a life on the road.

Suggested Characteristics

Some Folk Herbalists take up the profession out of a desire to help others, and some do it because they adore plants and how amazingly versatile they are. While some enjoy the company of other people, others prefer the company of plants. Most Folk herbalists are down to earth, they have respect for the nature, and care about the rustic communities that live within it.

1	Nature. We take from the world every day and one day we will have to return it.
2	Decay. Death fuels life, plants grow best with carrion in their soil.
3	Patience. To ensure a proper yeild, one must resist the desire to harvest immediately.
4	Knowledge. In all things, nothing can grow without the knowledge to cultivate it.
5	Pruning. If you do not cut of undesireable growth, plants can die. People are not dissimilar.
6	Care. I care for the plants and the people aorund me equally. Both are important to me.

1	I was teaching my craft to a child in my hometown so this knowledge won't be forgotten.
2	I met a benevolant creature in the wilds who taught me everything I know.
3	I've never been good with people, but I understand and love my gardens.
