Your memories have been stolen  You struggle to remember anything of your former life, your name included. You are likely extremely trusting, inquisitive, or paranoid. Origins of Rebirth

1- A loved one made a deal with death to “Save” you.

2. Your soul refused to die,  returning to the world in a body that is not your own.

3.A novice mage tried to bring you back from the dead, with disastrous results.

4.You experimented with dangerous magic, searching for immortality, but you instead locked away your own memories.

5. A lich returned you to life with your mind, so that it would have a intelligent servant.

6. You died, but were returned to life by a strange gem, a hollow shell of who you once were.

 
Feature: Deathless reputation

A mark on your personality or body clearly marks you as different, a sense of wrong radiating from you. People are naturally afraid or curious of you. You can commit minor crimes, and ask for the smallest of favors from commoners, and they will usually grant them.

5. I’m terrified that my past will catch up with me, even if I don’t remember it.
