Skill Proficiencies: You know not everything makes sense here, but you still don’t know the limits of the Taverse, maybe there’s a way out, maybe there’s not. Some people are friendly, some are hostile, you don’t quite know until you’re attacked.

Tool Proficiencies: You’ve used your hands, and you’ve learned to pick up what you can along the way. You can gamble with others you meet in the friendlier Taverns, or you could even learn a trick from the tavernkeep himself. Learn an instrument from a bard, a trade from a wandering laborer, who knows who you’ll meet and what you’ll learn.
