Pit Fighter

You grew up in the fighting arena of your city's dark underbelly. Perhaps you were born or sold into it, but you found your calling beating your opponents into submission in the pits and patching yourself up after your fights, and have gained the respect of your arena over the years, enough to gain your freedom from an otherwise dangerous and ferocious life.

Equipment: A healer's kit, a trophy from the arena (roll on table PHB pg. 160-161), a set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 20 gp.

Suggested Characteristics

Pit fighters have fought all their lives, having a tough exterior. Yet, deep inside, some could keep their emotions in the midst of their battling and reveling, while others became consumed and driven by the glory and blood of the pit.
