You were sold off to a rich family and treated poorly, enslaved by your own parents, or perhaps abandoned to a family who wanted more slaves. It doesn't matter anymore; since you were young, you were forced to do unreasonable labor; such as sweep the entire mansion or wash the entirety of the house's dishes. One day, your enslavers left the house unattended and you saw your days of slavery coming to an end. You served your last orders, planning to escape the night before they planned to leave. You escaped swiftly, but they put up a bounty for you as soon as they got back. You had to run as soon as you noticed the bounty, and no one noticed you, thankfully, and you got shelter with a family who despised your enslavers. One day, you were pulled away by something, perhaps the sense of adventure or your god calling you from somewhere.
