In order to gain more time and further his search for knowledge Vanyel swore himself to the overgrowth. due to the potential for power( in all forms) and the potential uses that Vanyels knowledge brings the overgrowth gave Vanyel various boons,don’t be mistaken though ,these boons are not given in gratitude but rather in order to protect its interests.
