Some Immortals are created, others ascend through great effort, but most simply are. When enough mortals feel an emotion, feeling, or strong belief certain Immortals, spirits, and ethereal creatures are created. The substance of the emotion or aspect, that is felt so strongly by certain amounts of mortals, creates entirely new entities in certain planes attuned to the mortal's realms and souls.
You were created in this way. Through great calamity, so strong that it scarred the mortal realms enough it bleed into the higher and lower planes. Through strong negative emotion, so overpowering that entire communities or countries are engulfed. Through an aspect, idea, or belief, that at it's core is entirely evil and corrupt. You were created. You embody one of these things, or were simply created from the natural dreams of mortals and formed from raw negative energy.
- Skill Proficiencies: You may choose two skills from, Arcana, Deception, Intimidation, Sleight of Hand, Stealth, or Survival.
- Languages: You can choose two languages from, Abyssal, Infernal, Primordial, or Deep Speech.
- Equipment: You start with an extra 5 Immortal Power maximum.
Creatures, Immortal and mortal, can sense your nature. They are drawn or repelled by it. Those within your same alignment and domain are more likely to share secrets, hints, and help, while those opposed to you almost never appear near you or willingly speak to you.
Suggested Characteristics
You are an embodiment of sin. You are one, or multiple, of the seven deadly sins: Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Wrath, and Sloth. Your nature is to follow your sin, and to only do what is right for yourself. Your domain and alignment are reflective of this, you cannot comprehend why someone or something wouldn't partake of sin.
