You have spent years behind a bar, managing staff, and otherwise seeing to the duties of a thriving public house. Your establishment didn't just serve drink, however. Beautiful faces and fluttering lashes were also on the menu. Whether it was an upmarket public house, catering to the needs of youthful nobles and merchant's son's, an exclusive club for those with more delicate tastes, or a dockside sinkhole, wreaking of stale ale and desperation, you are no stranger to pleasures of the flesh.
Whatever your particular brand of clientele, your experience has given you a knack for recognising and even swaying the general mood of a crowd. You have learned to be mindful of the needs of customers, to mediate disputes, and to listen attentively to the woes and tribulations of your patrons and fellow staff alike. You are as familiar with diffusing potentially violent situations, as you are at stirring the passions of others for hearty food, strong drink and cheer-inspired generosity.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose two from: athletics, insight, intimidation, or persuasion
- Tool Proficiencies: One gaming set, and your choice of either brewer's supplies or cook's utensils.

You are well accustomed to helping people feel at home in your presence. You know when to flatter and when to tease, when to be gentle, when to play dumb, and when to take a firm hand. You have advantage on Charisma (Performance) checks when attempting to influence, seduce, or befriend a humanoid creature that is of a similar species to your own.

You have spent years behind a bar, running a kitchen, managing maid staff, and otherwise seeing to the duties of a thriving inn, tavern, or public house. If you were the manager of such an establishment, or worked front of house, some of you duties may have involved talking down the wild moods of rowdy, intoxicated patrons, an the breaking up of bar fights. Or, perhaps you were behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of a beloved local drinking hole.
You are well accustomed to being mindful of the temperament of those around you, and can turn on 'the charm', to help people feel more at ease with talking to you. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks when attempting to calm agitated or aggressive humanoids, even if you don't share a language, and when coercing information from individuals. Even those not normally inclined to gossip are prone to trust you more than they possibly should.

Posted Oct 13, 2022This seems fairly good as is, minus the issues of it giving 2 tools and a language (should be 2 tools or 1 language and 1 tool)
Also Variant Feature: People-Person Should only apply to customers, all humanoids is basically everyone.
