Also known as the Order of Herce. They are worshippers of the god of beastly feasts, Herce, and  celebrate his knowledge and path without guilt or remorse. Anyone who eats a serving of your special cooking gain strength from feasting on your prey, enhanced by the culinary arts you’ve learned over the years.

Herce was once a man who ate the heart and body of a God and became one himself. Followers of Herce typically do not eat prey live or undead, and they do not eat other worshipers of Herce unless that person has either defected, or died of natural causes unrelated to disease or poison.

 

Culinary Arts

Gain the special skill Culinary Arts (Int). You are proficient or have expertise (if you are proficient with Cook's Utensils) in this skill.

 

Grand Feast

After rolling for Culinary Arts in taste, roll 1d6 to find out your buff for the dish. Buffs last for 6-8 hours and eating a Grand Feast restores 1d10+Prof mod or 2d10+Prof mod for a Nat 20 . Rolling a Nat 20 allows you to roll a second d6 buff. A critical fail, yields no buff and has a 10% chance to inflict a disease, or negative version of the buff. Grand Feast cannot be stored as leftovers unless you turn it into Special Rations (see below).

1. Temporary HP equal to 1/3 of the “ special ingredient’s” HP
2. Skill proficiency or expertise if you are already proficient with that skill.
3. Stat increase of the ingredient’s highest stat
4. Saving Throw proficiency
5. Resistance/adv of the ingredient
6. Special ability

 

Special Rations

You have the knowledge of how to properly store your food for long periods of time. From meaty preserves to jerky, you can prep it to store, or take with you for long journeys. Special Rations are like Grand Feast, but have a shorter buff of only 1 hour and take one action to eat. If made from leftovers of the Grand Feast, they have the same buff(s) as before.

Due to your years of consuming the flesh of others, you have worked up quite the immune system few things can best.

 

Skill Proficiencies: Culinary Arts is a special skill you’ve trained in due to your…religious beliefs.

Tool Proficiencies: You are a master of cooking utensils and can spice up any dish with nearby herbs and plants. 

Equipment: You have cooking utensils you have expertise with and a portable spice rack.
