Their actions are usually motivated by their desire to further their knowledge, along with their goal to complete their investigation. Their dedication to their scientific studies affects their mannerisms and ideals. Your character might be obsessed with finding the last piece of the puzzle needed for their experiments. Their flaws could be a disregard for other people due to their fixation on their studies, or a lack of social skills from being cooped up in a lab for the majority of their life.
