You're a henchman (or woman) that means you're working for the boss in some capacity,either shaking your fist at those gamooks, losing fist fights, moving pallets at like 2:32am in abandoned warehouses or saying "yeah, you tell 'em boss".
Maybe you're working undercover for the BBEG, perhaps your boss is a member of an adventuring party and you came with them or maybe you're paying off a life debt, I dunno.
- Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiencies in Insight (I think he's lyin' boss) and Intimidation (We're gonna mess yous up real bad)
- Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency in a tool of your choice.
- Languages: You understand Common and one other language (Capische?)
- Equipment: Your starting equipment is:
- Any martial weapon
- Studded leather or Chain shirt
- Two daggers and 10 darts
- An explorer's pack or burglar's pack
- An item of clothing that identifies you as your boss' henchman
- A drawing of your boss' arch-rival
- 15 gp

You have the uncanny ability as an underling to boost your boss through self-deprecation. You can use a bonus action to self-deprecate and give a Henchman die to any friendly creature, the creature can roll this die and add the result to any ability check, attack roll, saving throw or death save. However, once the die is rolled, the result will be subtracted from your next ability check, attack roll, saving throw or death save.
This ability has three charges, charges are regained once a long rest has been completed.
The Henchman die increases in value as you level: d4 (1st), d6 (4th), d8 (8th), d10 (12th), d12 (16th) and d20 (20th)
