Years ago, when you were still alive, you did a great deed, that earned you a place in your afterlife, with the deity you worshipped. And for many years in the afterlife, you have studied ancient texts, philosophised with the ancient dead and watched many battles waged.

Now you have been called on by your deity, who has sent you to the mortal plane, as a Guardian Angel with the objective of protecting a singular person who plays a greater part in the grand scheme of the universe.

Feature: Angelic Requisition

When you attempt to learn or recall a piece of lore, you can perform a ritual to speak to the deity that sent you to the mortal realm. Doing this allows you to ask them a question that will fill you with new knowledge, instantly learning the requested piece of information or lore. The ritual takes 5 minutes to complete.

Suggested Characteristics

Guardian Angels aren't born, they are made. When good people do great deeds, they earn a place in their afterlife, with their deities. Not because they deserve it, but because they earned it. They are almost exclusively Lawful Good but their races can vary.

Their personalities usually tend to be good and their desires are often good-natured, such as protecting those who need it.
