You are associated with an underground organization that maintains the line between the good and bad, while dealing and making money off both. If anyone wants something with questionable morality to get done, they come to the Underground, if they want protection, they come to the underground. The Underground has a system where associates are protected from those who wish to employ the Underground against them, at least without significant pay, and something other than money. As an associate of the Underground, you have many contacts in both worlds, and friends as well as enemies are wary of you. When the organization orders something, you must complete it or be hunted down.

Skill Proficiencies: An associate must be proficient in stealth, it is the one requirement and one of the most important tools that an associate has.

Tool Proficiencies: The Underground does not leave it's associates without benefits, they will train you to proficiency in one tool or weapon of your choice.

Languages: You are required to be fluent in the Underground Tongue, which is a language developed for its complexity to crack or decode and used specifically by the Underground. You are also required to learn one of the following: Elvish, Dwarven, Draconic, or Abyssal. The language you are taught depends on which one the Underground believes you will get the most use out of.

Equipment: The Underground provides clothing for any occasion, a weapon or dual weapons of your preference, an amulet which proves you an associate of the Underground and your level of access (1-10, as you get higher in the access chain, you become more tied to the Underground, once you get to level 7, you become bound to the Underground magically in one way or another). They also provide a room at their main city, which you own and the quality is dependent on your level of access.

Suggested Characteristics

As an associate of the Underground, you are required to watch your words an actions and not put the Underground in a bad situation, or face the consequences.

The Underground is location based, you have contacts everywhere in one location, as well as contact with a few people who have passed through before.
