As a scorpion molts their skin, so too does a Scorpionic change drastically throughout the course of their lives.  Their lived experiences drastically affect their sense of self, as their heightened sensitivity quickly dramatizes the events and people they encounter.  As such, a Scorpionic is never quite the same from day to day, continuously developing a psyche that becomes more and more layered as they age.  When a Scorpionic can see past this shroud of change and ego, they develop an unparalleled capacity for adaptation, intimacy, and revelation.

Scorpionics are naturally introspective, and thus spend their time meditating on their lives and the people they know.  This fosters a unique sensitivity that carries them through life, pulling them towards intense situations where their interpersonal and investigative skills can flourish.  However, this rumination can lead to bitter interpretations of everything they come across.  A Scorpionic might never be the same after being sufficiently slighted, as they could center their lives around what hurt them.
