Proving yourself skilled in both combat and an artisan craft, the GloryWrights saw you worthy of membership, and inducted you into their ranks as an Initiate. To climb the hierarchy of the guild, you must continue to prove yourself against whatever challenges might face you, bringing honor to yourself, and the guild.

 
Skill Proficiencies: Athletics, Performance
Tool Proficiencies: One type of Artisan's Tools, Vehicles (land)
Languages: One common language of your choice
Equipment: A lucky charm or past trophy, an inexpensive but unusual weapon or pair of weapons (costing in total 10 gold pieces or less), set of Artisan's Tools (same as proficiency), a GloryWright Guild Badge, set of traveler's clothes, and a belt pouch containing 15 gold pieces.
 
Feature: Renown Stature

Due to the nature of the GloryWrights, people tend to show you respect as it is no easy task to be accepted even at the Initiate level, not to mention the Crucible most initiates are struggling through to progress further within the guild's hierarchy.

As such fellow warriors may request a spar, fighting guilds and clubs may reach out to you as a potential fighter within their tournaments, and fellow tradesmen of the same or similar craft will take an interest in your work, and seek to discuss crafting methods and practices.

That is not all however, as the guild has many contacts both within the military and political scene, said contacts being able to be utilized at a cost, though depending upon the reason is usually just a proving of worth through the Right of Combat.

Temporarily you, and potentially your companions, may stay within the barracks of the guildhall, on the condition that you take upon yourself mercenary or artisan tasks given to the guild by the residing government and populace, equal in value to that which your stay, an services provided to you is worth.

If you find yourself accused of a crime, and have a reasonably good case behind either proving your innocence or that your actions where not in the wrong, the Guild will support you, and depending on the case may even pay for the court costs, on the condition that you will pay them back over time, prove yourself worthy of the expense, or both.

As a final note, the guild requires a monthly fee to enjoy all the benefits being even an Initiate member entails, the cost being 10 gold pieces per month as an Initiate, with the cost going up as you progress through the hierarchy.
