Banished Exile Image

Circumstances led to you being banished from your home. You committed a crime, were caught and convicted, and are now reaping the just punishment of your actions. Depending on the laws and social values of your home, this may have been a relatively minor offense. Or perhaps it was a major crime and exile was the most severe punishment that could be meted out.

Or perhaps someone went to great lengths to ensure you were accused of and convicted for a crime you did not commit. Maybe they wanted you out of the way to pursue their own ambitions. Perhaps you were the most convenient target for them to frame for their crimes. Whatever happened, the evidence in the crime pointed strongly toward your guilt or complicity - enough that you were convicted and exiled. You know you are innocent, and there just might be doubt in other minds.

Whether or not you are actually guilty of the crime for which you have been convicted is another matter altogether. The end result was the same. You have been exiled from your home, possibly never to return.
