Cyborg

You were once a (race of your choice) and as a child you were taken by an evil artificer who used your body for testing and experimentation. Day by day he stripped you down and built you back up, adding experimental technologies. He changed you into a cyborg, built for war and destruction. Years later you are able to escape from captivity, using the tools the artificer gave you to break free. As you embrace your new found freedom, questions and uncertainties weigh you down. Who were you before the artificer? Can you go back being a normal (Race) or are you forever bound to be a weapon? Who was this artificer? Why did he pick you? You struggle to find yourself as you search for answers, as you attempt to regain control over your new body, and as you try to build a new life for yourself. 

Skill Proficiencies: Athletics, your robotic limbs give you strength and endurance not normal to your race. 

Perception, one of the artificers changes was one of your eyes, it has advanced perception skills. 

Tool Proficiencies: Because you were taken as a child and held in captivity for years, you have no learned tool proficiencies. 

Languages: Choose any language to know at all times, and the artificer implanted a language device allowing you change one of your spoken languages once per day. 

Equipment: A set of common clothes, 10 feet of an extension cord that allows you to plug into a power source/ other computers or pieces of technology , a key card to the unknown artificers lair that you stole in order to escape, a belt pouch containing 5 gp.
