The Order of the Gauntlet is a dedicated, tightly knit group of like-minded individuals driven by religious zeal or a finely honed sense of justice. Friendship and camaraderie are important to members of the Order of the Gauntlet, and they share a trust and a bond normally reserved for siblings. Like highly motivated soldiers, members of the Order of the Gauntlet seek to become the best at what they do and look forward to testing their mettle. There are few, if any, “lone wolves” in this organization.
To be armed, vigilant, and ready to smite evil, enforce justice, and enact retribution. This means identifying evil threats such as secretive power groups and inherently evil creatures, watching over them, and being ready to attack the moment they misbehave. (These are always retributive strikes, never preemptive.)

- Equipment: Equipment: a pouch containing 15 gp, a copy of a seminal faction text (or a code-book for a covert faction), a Healer's Kit a set of Fine clothes, a Surcoat bearing your coat of arms (You choose what it looks like) and a Medallion of your faction (A silver clinched Gauntlet on a silver chain).
A righteous quest
Work with your DM and choose or create one Legendry Item to make a into a Long term/Campaign story arch. Make that item one of your characters goals/quest he or she will be search for.

Work with your DM and Select One Great Evil/Enemy that your Character is searching the land to bring justice too. (Example a Dragon, a Cult, a group of necromancers/necromancer trying to become a Lich etc.) that has been terrorizing the land and make that a Long term/Campaign goal for you exterminate
Feature: A Lifetime of Training
Specialized training : Starting from a age as young as seven you trained with the Master at Arms of your order in all manner of arms arms and armor. When you reached your teenage years and mastered all the basics of combat you began to specialize in Fighting Style that spoke to your style of combat. Choose One Fighting Style : Defense, Dueling, Great Weapon Fighting, or Protection Fighting Styles.
Observant Student: You have advantage when questioning others about or identifying evil threats such as secretive power groups and inherently evil creatures.
Respect For The Martial: Any member of the Order Of The Gauntlet will freely share information with you and you have advantage on Charisma checks with any Martial class, noble, or knight.
