A lot of high society bars and inns know of you, as you're a local legend among them. It might not be a legend for something insane like saving the kingdom or defeating a dragon. But it's a humble title that pays well, and it's one to be proud off. The hours of training and regime shaped you into a cooking monster, someone to be feared... in the kitchen.

You decide your destiny, are you just a chef? Or are you more? Like a travelling chef, they're the real heroes.

d4 Chef Training Options

       1

You were born into a servant family of a noble breed. You were trained by the Kings personal chef and learned the great techniques he had to offer. The high quality ingredients require a lot of precision and patience. Cooking with low quality foods makes you want to not cook... but sometimes it's interesting.

       2

The Feywild has a way of snatching young ones lost in the forest, and sometimes they stumble upon tribes of nomadic fey creatures, who often adopt the creatures they find. Being adopted by one of these tribes you were trained in a fantastical way of cooking while travelling.

      3

You were born as a peasant, low on the food chain you decided to change that literally, you picked up different styles of cooking from the locals around you. Your name is known a little bit around town but only to the cooks of the area, as you learned from them all.

      4

You actually can't cook, you've just been pretending this whole time and it happens to work, though sometimes you suspect people might be smiling with clenched jaws.

Feature: Friendly with Kitchens

As a chef with their name known around the block you can gain access into almost any kitchen and help make a meal, maybe gaining tips along the way. Often if the food is a hit, they'll spare a small room for you to stay in, though cooking can be messy, and paying full price can look just as nice as not paying at all.
