Northlander Raider

Hailing from the great frozen north, rage and violence courses through the blood of a Northlander. You were trained since birth for combat, forging your skill with weapons and armor, learning basic survival techniques and awareness, including how to focus your rage in the midst of battle. 

Pirates, adventurers, looters, sailors and mercenaries: These are Northlander's and this is you. Plundering and raiding is an easy way to become famous and rich, as well as to gain glory in the eyes of the Gods. Certainly, it is also the easiest and quickest way to die.  But as a Northlander you believe in a predestined fate and therefore do not fear death for death with a weapon in hand is a sure way to Valhalla. To die without your weapon in your hand though will surely send you to Hell.  Strength and family are all that matters, fight for what you love, what you believe, and for the glory of a Northlander.

Northlander's can be a rough lot, but the responsibilities of life on a ship and together in the raiding party makes them generally reliable as well.
