Suggested Characteristics
Personality Trait d8
I often find myself having sympathetic thoughts of those around me. They'll never be able to see the universe and understand it like I do.
I always seek to do what the Gallifreyan council would do if they were making the decision.
I often scoff at the thought of spending so much time kowtowing to gods (or demons). Such powerful beings care little for mortal folk like us.
I enjoy traveling to far away exotic places, seeing the most of life, fleeting as it is.
I place the safety of my companions above my own. They don't have the ability to regenerate, after all.
I'm always happy in appearance, although I might feel great pain within.
I sometimes envy those of other races. They'll never have the stress and responsibility of maintaining cosmic balance.
I seek to bring happiness to those around me, console enemies and bring everyone together in harmony.
Ideal: d6
Adherence: As a Time Lord, I should not intervene in non-Gallifreyan affairs, unless absolutely necessary. (Lawful)
Greater Good: I seek to make small improvements to the world that would eventually make the world a much better place. (Chaotic)
Power: I seek to make sure my powers are put to their best possible use.
Policing: I want to ensure this with powers similar to mine do not misuse them.
Vengeance: I seek to find out the great evils of the universe and destroy it. (Good)
Command: I seek to command the will of those around me. As a master of Time, I deserve respect from lesser races. (Evil)
Bond: d4 My traveling companions are just as much family as my parents, siblings, and children.
I hope to one day bring change to the stale Gallifreyan culture.
Perhaps an outsider is just what we need. I've seen the effects that a single Time Lord can have, with the might of all of us, imagine what we could accomplish.
My actions are inspired by helping those around me as best I can I seek to preserve the balance of the Universe, and I have great respect for those who will join me in my goal.
I believe that the responsibility the Time Lords carry is too great to allow them to act on their own.
Flaw: d6
I often find myself getting caught up in the nitty details, leaving those less intelligent far, far behind.
I often miss key details. Something can sit right in front of me and I'll fail to spot it.
I often forget that those I'm traveling with live much shorter lives, watching them seemingly age before my eyes while I remain untouched.
I look down on those who fail to meet my standards of intellect, and hold it against them.
I often am too trusting, letting my guard down to potential threats.
I can plan a thousand options, but if asked to choose on the spot, I'll seemingly loose all ability to reason.

It’s good, it just doesn’t fully implement the being able to select a Language, or the Skill Proficiencies when added to a character
