Psychics are not entirely unheard of. Perhaps your ancestors witnessed a horrific divine or magical event that left their eyes scarred, perhaps the magic that swells in you has spilled over, or perhaps for reasons unknown you simply see pieces of the past. Whatever the reason may be you have the ability to see a fragment of the past as if it were occurring in this moment.
- Skill Proficiencies: Insight, Arcana, or Religion
- Languages: One of your choice
- Equipment: A bottle of black ink, a quill, a journal, a set of divination tools, a set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 10gp
Feature: Reaching Mind
Once per short rest you can make a contested insight versus charisma check from your target. On a success you get a flash of their past, on a failure the memories are too blurry to make out.
If you are within 5 or less of a success you can take a point of exhaustion to dig deeper and clarify the images.
