You are not the proprietor of a business, you are not the well compensated CEO, or highly skilled artisan who creates the in demand product on the shelves. Rather, you are the overworked, under appreciated, and definitely poorly compensated, nine-to-fiver who deals with disgruntled patrons of all manners. You're the one every issue comes to, regardless of whether or not you have any control over the cause or solution to the problem.

You masterfully weave your way through delicate and contentious issues, while running a marathon, and carrying the equivalent weight of the average strongman competition. This is your lot in life, and everyone you are beholden to would face complete and utter failure without your presence.

Skill Proficiencies: You are proficient in one Str based skill, one Cha based skill, and one Wis based skill
Tool Proficiencies: I mean, sure, you could have become skilled in a tool or musical instrument, but you barely have any free time to invest in learning one, and what free time you do have to yourself is used to sleep and recover.
Languages: You gain one extra language you know, however because your learned it on the job, when speaking it you can only use it politely and with happy or friendly verbage.
Equipment: You gain several changes of clothing of varying qualities, because... well, I mean, getting discounts is part of what first made the job appeal to you, and they were just going to toss out a few barely damaged articles...

Feature: Perseverance

Regardless of abuse, frustration, or contention, you have an uncanny ability persevere through arduous trials. Once per day you can reroll a skill check so long as you have proficiency in the skill, and before you are told whether or not you have succeeded or heard the outcome of the roll.

4 I believe I'm destined for great things. This is just a short stop on my way to the top.
5 Every question asked of me deserves a sarcastic response.
6 Wait... I have to deal with people in this job? I can't just hide behind my coworkers?
7 I earned my way to the position of supervisor. The slightest bit of power has gone straight to my head.

d6 Bond
1 I'm still here because I'm all that stands in the way from the new crop, and the destruction of their souls.
2 I've got people who depend on me for the meager funds I can bring home.
3 What can I say? I love my boss. They actually treats me well, and I'll go to the wall for them.
4 I've become a fan favourite among my patrons, and the respect they give me keeps me going.
5 I'm good. I know it. I'll go where the money is, and that's all I'm loyal to.
6 I got no strings to hold me down, to make me fret, to make me frown. I had strings, but now you see, there are no strings on me.
d6 Flaw
1 I lost my cool once, I was pushed too far, and there is a body buried somewhere that could be tied directly back to me. I mean... I carved my name all over them.
2 I'm sickly sweet. But, I can't see it.
3 I'm very uncoordinated. I also lack basic organization skills. What I'm getting at is... I'm not too good at my job. But I'm also convinced no one has ever been better than me at my job.
4 I hold myself to exacting levels of perfection, and I look down on people who don't have the same standards.
5 I get a significant discount on everything I see that I want... usually five fingers worth.
6 This could be the easiest job on earth, but I've lost an appendage to it, so I'm a grizzled old veteran now.
