You come from humble beginnings but you have a Hero, or someone you look up to. This person has had a profound impact on you and you feel a connection with them. You have chosen to imitate their best (or worst) qualities as an example for how to live your life.
- Skill Proficiencies: Choose Two that reflect the skills of your Hero.
- Tool Proficiencies: Choose One that reflects the occupation of your hero.
- Languages: Choose One that you know your Hero can speak.
You idolize a Hero and strive to following their deeds (for better or worse) in life (or death). As such you have a wide range of stories (true or not) depicting the event or accomplishments of their life, and the lives of their companions. Using this knowledge and your innate ability to craft stories about your Hero along with your investigative skills, you can easily find lodging in Taverns or Inns, or find work as an Entertainer telling your stories. Additionally you are able to easily find a contact from which you can gain useful information in any city. Once you have found a contact, they will be a reliable source of information for as long as they remain living. You may only have one contact per city and may only seek out a new contact if your previous contact has left the city or they have died. As part of your ability to collect and find information a lot of people know your name (for better or worse) and you may be contacted to get information using your network of contact for third parties, or you may face dangerous situations for asking questions into the wrong individual.
