Feature: Lore Specialty: Alchemy
You can learn the Alchemical formulas for the creation of magical portions and how to obtain their respective ingredients. You have a book of alchemical formulas and can add a new-found formula to it as part of a short rest, when you obtain a potion that you know no formula for, you can spend 8 hours to analyze it and scribe the formula into your book, this process consumes the potion. To obtain Ingredients, you have to gather them yourself or buy them from a merchant for the appropriate gold cost given in the potions table. To gather the ingredients you have to succeed on a wisdom (Survival) check, the DC is set by the DM, the minimum amount of time needed to find the necessary Ingredients is equal to the production time given in the potions table, some potions may require special ingredients that can only be obtained from certain monsters or places that would have to be searched out. When creating a Potion you have to spend the amount of time given in the potions table and succeed on an Intelligence (Alchemist Supplies) check, the DC is set by the DM, on a fail the created potion has side effects.
