You were born as an average person who led an average life. One day, something happened. It was painful, dreadful. Whatever it was, you don't want to remember what happened. This event changed who you were, for better or for worse. Most importantly, it brought forth new abilities that laid dormant within you. With your new found abilities you abandoned your old life to begin a new one.
- Skill Proficiencies: Your abilities may have manifested in many forms. Choose any two Skills to gain Proficiency in.
- Tool Proficiencies: Your life before your powers manifested might have been one of labor, nobility or something else entirely. Whatever the case, you still retain the knowledge of your old life. Choose any Tool or Game Set to become Proficient in.
- Equipment: You gain an Explorer's Pack, a chunk of an unidentifiable crystal, and a pouch containing 15gp.
Feature: Seething Arcana
Your powers did not come to you graciously or comfortably. There is a blatant mark of your powers upon your body. Perhaps your eyes are unusually colored, or maybe there is a mark upon your skin. An Arcane Focus is not required for Spellcasting.
