At one point in your life, you were on the run, persecuted for some reason or another. Whether it be because of your beliefs or maybe a crime you were accused of, somebody or something wanted you dead. In an escape attempt, you unwittingly took refuge in an enchanted cave, and slept there for thousands of years. You awoke to a strange land full of strange and new things, and a clean slate to start a new life.

- Languages: Thankfully the common language hasn't changed drastically. You also know one language of ancient times.
- Equipment: A simple set of clothing, a small pouch with 15 gold.
You experienced this world far before most of the people around you, so you may understand certain pieces of knowledge about the world that have been lost to time. Any History Roll you make to remember something from ancient times is made at advantage, but any History Roll for events that occurred between the moment of you became dormant and when you woke up at disadvantage. You also roll Charisma skill checks at advantage when interacting with beings of ancient origin.
