You are a day laborer hammering the city's latest skyscraper into shape, or the child of a manufacturing tycoon supplying the city with essential goods. You prize hard work, a strong arm, and a coold beer after a hard day's work. You are a Ruby Crow Sister, the beating heart of New Concord. Under your boss, Katherine Flynt AKA The Riveter, you might operate machinery, or be a hanger-on to one of the city's wealthy industry or construction moguls. Either way, you weren't born with silver spoon in hand; you pulled up your bootstraps and worked to get where you are today (or, at least, that's what you think!). You may have had a 9-to-5 job in a factory, or adventure around on a relative's dime, and you devote yourself to building or manufacturing everything the city (read: your boss) wants or needs.

- Equipment: A prized tool (hammer, drill, wrench, etc.), a set of overalls, a magical cap, a key to the Ruby Crow Sisters' hideout, and either a pouch containing 20gp or a tinderbox.
As a Ruby Crow Sister, the common folk respect you. You can intimidate or distract a member of the public as normal. You are also stronger than average; you get advantage on any Athletics rolls related to striking steel or rock, or lifting, pushing, or throwing a heavy object. Other Ruby Crow Sisters will freely trade information, equipment, or jobs. You always have access to the Ruby Crow Sisterhood hideout.
However, the elites of New Concord despise your dirty common-ness or your new money; you get disadvantage on any Intimidation rolls related to persuading or distracting a member of the city's government.
