Like many who live in the realms of Meoyorath, you know both the Faith of the Nine and the Old Gods of the Blight; both are still worshipped in different areas of the realm but darkness and tyranny are usually associated with the Old Gods. Your gods, however, are known as benevolent and good to the lands around the realm, the Nine are the pillars that arose when Eyzlryb stood with the commonfolk during the time of The Great Fracturing where he ascended to godhood and formed the nine. You act as an intermediate force between your chosen god that you follow and those around you, performing rites, speaking their truths and collecting offerings in order to conduct followers into their divine presence. You do not have to be a cleric to do such works, performing rites, speaking truths and collecting offerings is not the same as channeling a divine power.
Choose a god from the Faith of the Nine from Meoyorath's document, their teachings and sanctity that they stand for, you also do and work to preserve.

Suggested Characteristics
Followers of the Nine are shaped by their upbringing in often strict religious communities or temples from a young age. Their studies of history and tenets of their faith keep them strong and in favour with their chosen god. Their flaws can also be that similar to each god, they all stand for something, but followers can exploit their teachings to bend them to their own will.
