Once per long rest, can drastically increase one's ability to process information and analysis. For an instant, gain a +10 bonus to Perception and Insight rolls. While rolling against a creature, if it beats a Deception check, gain a +5 bonus to all attacks and spell attacks, and that target makes spell DC saves with a -5 penalty. User must roll an INT save (DC:18) upon rolling a natural 1 (even when rolling with advantage) during this time or lose all memories from the previous 1d4 hours.
