You were born as a cartoon character and raised like one. You were able to move like no others couldn't. when you grew up you figured out you can survive more things than others so you decided to take on more dangerous tasks than the normal person would do. people question how you didn't die. you started to ask people to pay you to do something dangerous that they would never do. people all over came just to see you do your acts. A few kids died because they decided to be more like you and do dangerous stuff but after a while, they stopped because people were dying left and right trying to be like you.

Skill Proficiencies: you and your dangerous actions made you good at acrobatics.  your dexterity is better by +1.  you can restain weather better by half so you can stay still turning like a tornado better than you would have. you can add 3 to your speed.  you take 1/2 damage from anything that's not melee or electricity. 

Tool Proficiencies: you're good with tinker tools. cooks utensils, and Woodcarver's tools... you know how to use all three tools and when you are trying to use them you gain a +2 to any roll.. 

Languages: you can speak common and 2 of any language you want. 

Equipment: you have 300 gold. you also have a bag of holding and a bag of rations. you have also have a telescope. you also have a water bottle.
