The Redmont family specializes in hunting and gathering fey infused resources from the local wilds. These materials can be quite difficult to find, and require lots of time spent in the wilderness to attain them. However, despite all the time spent outdoors they use that hard working attitude in their social affairs as well, endeavoring to reattain their higher status amongst the nobility of Aurenor.
- Skill Proficiencies: Due to the Extensive training in the outdoors, and the awareness needed to find these rare ingredients; the first proficiency includes one choice from Survival, Perception, Investigation, or Nature. To include their social climbing nature, the second proficiency comes from one choice between Ettiquette (Homebrew Skill Int/Cha), Insight, or Persuasion.
- Tool Proficiencies: Due to their extensive time spent outdoors, one must be able to provide for themselves. Thus all children of the Redmont family gain proficiency in cooking utensils.
- Languages: Due to their relation with fey infused beings the Redmonts have extensive research of those cultures. This has some of their number fluent in either Sylvan or Elven (Due to in World Circumstances)
Feature: Wanderer
You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.
