You have spent your life learning the legends of the storm, sea and skies. Your respect for the mercurial changes of the weather have given you a preternatural intuition and skill when travelling the sea.

Your skills are sought out by any captain worth their salt and you are given deference whenever consulted in all things navigation and weather related.

Skill Proficiencies: Nature, Perception
Tool Proficiencies: Navigator’s tools, Cartographer's tools
Equipment: A belaying pin (club), 50 feet of silk rope, a lucky charm such as a rabbit foot or a small stone with a hole in the center (or you may roll for a random trinket on the Trinkets table in chapter 5), a set of common clothes, and a pouch containing 10 gp

Feature: Eye on the Horizon

You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and can interpret the skies and seas to predict upcoming weather shifts. You are able to interpret the basics of any coastal maps, water tables and reefs (even in code or a different language) given enough time.

As long as you can see the stars in the night sky, you are never lost at sea and can always find True North. Furthermore, given enough time based on the DM's discretion, you are always able to interpret tides and wildlife to determine the direction of the closest portion of dry land.
