The magic of the Feywild must have had quite an impact on a being forced to adapt to its ever-changing surroundings. Work with your DM to determine how much impact your upbringing has had on you.
What sort of creatures/ beings took it upon themselves to raise you? Was it a happy occasion to welcome you to the family or was it a forced and bitter affair?
How were you treated by your new family and the people of the Feywild? Did they take to you with excitement and curiosity? Were they loving and kind? - eager to do whatever it took to make you feel welcome? or were you treated like an outsider? - made to feel like an outcast for a choice you never made?
How has life in the Feywild affected you physically? Are there aspects of your birth race that have adapted or changed as a result of living here?

Your vast knowledge of Feywild flora, fauna, and fey customs, usually not associated with your biological race is recognized by Fey creatures. This has different effects depending on whether or not you're within the Feywild.
Within the Feywild; Fey creatures see you as one of their own and are inclined to help you if you become lost or require aid.
Outside of the Feywild; You often become a subject of interest for non-hostile Fey creatures and non-hostile creatures of your own race. Whether this is a good or bad thing is up to the DM.
