Excommunicated Image

You spent several years of your life dedicated to a higher power, god, or pantheon. Operating as part of their clergy, holy warriors, cults, or other paragon of these higher powers. You rose to sufficient enough status as to be recognized. However something happened and this order turned against you and cast you out to fend for yourself.

What higher power, god, or pantheon did you serve and in what capacity? How high up did you rise within this order? Were you cast out publicly or in secret? Did you deserve to be cast out or was it unjust? Are those that cast you out gaining from your vacancy?
