Those who would be willing to assist you can feel sympathetic because of everything that happened to you. You can get a free stay at an inn if you look famished and tortured because of the tests and experiments you endured. Wherever you go, people get guilt-tripped when they look at you without even needing an explanation. You can deceive even the cleverest of royal guards with your past and become a useful distraction without having the thought of danger.

You were created from DNA from a god or fiend somewhere in the planes of existence. Maybe you were not born like any other creature, and you developed in a tube in a lab. Or perhaps you really are a powerful creature but have to prove yourself to join the ranks of your fellow entities.
People look at you as if you were important and praise you. You can enter a town and people will shower you with gifts and attention thinking you are a god or somebody who will protect them. Being treated as a celebrity is normal for you when you go anywhere public, so it is hard to stay under the radar when you need to.
