Whether it be a preference for travel, a god or other powerful being whispering messages to you, or just due to circumstances, you begin to wander from place to place at some point in your life. You seek to find the object of your drive or just a simple adventure, finding yourself more at home on the road then staying at any true home. Not to say that you hate your place of birth or the place you'd originally call home, it's just that you find yourself unable to stay in one place for too long for any number of reasons. More often than not, those who follow this pattern end up finding out that they are true adventurers. Wanderers also tend to pick up a few things along their way, adding to their already acquired skills and languages.

Being the sort to travel around from place to place, you've found that you tend to fair better at camping in the wilderness than most. When you do make your way into cities or towns, people are usually hospitable towards you when you seek shelter or aid. An air about you tends to alert people to the fact that you're constantly on the move and a warm meal and soft bed are likely a rare occurrence for you. Depending on the first impression people get from you, this can go one of two ways.
One: a homeowner or innkeeper may offer you a place to stay and a meal, free of charge or at a discount if they're a innkeeper. In some cases, they may request a favor from you, normally trivial.
Two: you'll be refused entry into someone's home or tavern and should you be persistent, you may be reported to any local guards. The guards will apprehend you at first but will let you go rather easily should you behave yourself.
