A life of stealth and subterfuge has left you with a particular set of skills. Skills that, for some - can be a nightmare; and for others - a godsend. You may be a freelance agent, selling their skills to the highest bidder. You may be a loyal agent of the crown, plying your trade to ensure the stability of your kingdom. Or you may be burned - spurned by the organization that trained you and honed your craft - forced to flee and use your considerable skills for naught else but survival.
- Skill Proficiencies: Deception, Stealth

- Equipment: A crowbar, a set of dark common clothes including a hood, and a pouch containing 15 gp
There are many kinds of spies, and within a clandestine agency or similar criminal organization, individual members have particular specialties. Even agents who operate outside of such organizations have strong preferences for certain kinds of missions over others. Choose the role you played in your secretive life, or roll on the table below.
Years of stealth and trickery have taught you how not to draw attention to yourself. The way you walk, talk, and move are utterly unextraordinary. While you are wearing common clothes, no one can remember your face nor any features about you, unless they actively make an effort to do so. You have spent a lot of time among less-than-savory individuals and still have contacts within the criminal and clandestine underworlds.
In addition, you know how to write in a special code that can only be read by people trained in deciphering it.
Suggested Characteristics
A lifetime of secrecy and deception may have cast the shadow of cynicism over most. But perhaps glimmers of hope still thrive here and there. The Great Game affects all who play it differently.
