Nature Adept Image

You’ve witnessed the migration of herds larger than forests, survived weather more extreme than any city-dweller could comprehend, and enjoyed the solitude of being the only thinking creature for miles in any direction. The wilds are in your blood, whether you were a nomad, an explorer, a recluse, a hunter-gatherer, or even a marauder. Even in places where you don’t know the specific features of the terrain, you know the ways of the wild. Nature adepts, as the name suggests, are those who live apart from society, whether by choice or necessity. When creating your character, ask yourself how you got to where you are. Were you born into a tribe of primal nomads, or did you abandon city life to live among the beasts and plants?

You need no home, tent, or even bedroll to sleep at night, for you are perfectly content with the natural world around you.

Nature adepts have spent much of their lives secluded in the wild, and have developed an odd work or to thanks to this isolation. You can use the hermit or outlander tables for determining your personal characteristics.
