Multiattack: The Dad Bard makes two rapier attacks and one dad joke. 

Rapier: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 6ft, one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 +2) piercing damage. 

Dad Joke: One creature within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or suffer 10 (4d4) psychic damage and suffer disadvantage on their next attack roll. 

Are ya winning, son?: All allies within 60ft of the Dad Bard can spend Hit Dice up to half of their proficiency bonus (min 1) to recover hit points as if they had completed a short rest. Instead of rolling these Hit Dice, they instead take the maximum result of those hit dice. A creature must finish a long rest before they can benefit from this ability again. 

I'm Not Mad (Recharge 6): This ability functions exactly like the Calm Emotions spell, using the Bards saving throw DC of 15. 

I'm Just Disappointed: One creature within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 charisma saving throw, suffering 17 (5d6) psychic damage on a failure or half as much on a successful save. A creature that fails its saving throw must also spend their reaction to move as far away from the Dad Bard as possible, avoiding obviously dangerous terrrain.
