You are a creation of the Researcher; an Archfae who builds trinkets and toys to spread across the 'verses. None look like who you are or what you started as but sometimes you can recognize each other and see the spark of the mission you may have been sent on.

Origin
You may have memories before the Lab a white place of pain or joy, building or tearing. Or you may have been built entirely there. Now you are out in the worlds. You’ve been to strange places and seen things that others cannot begin to fathom, you have a book and a nagging feeling you should be writing what you see, if you do or don't is up to you.

There are so many more of you than anyone could realize. When you do find another creature from The Lab there is a kinship, while you may be on opposite sides of a fight you will find a way to help each other just this once. When you meet and confirm with another Lab-Built you will not cause each other deadly harm, and if you would likely be allies you will give each other aid as if you were life long friends.

Some of the creatures from The Lab are a bit alien, their manner may be off from creatures around them even when by the naked eye they blend in perfectly. Quirky pauses, forgetting appropriate manners or forming bonds too quickly because they have been trained to "help"
