You have spent time traveling the land performing medical services to those in need. While larger towns and cities likely have one or more trained doctors, smaller communities in rural areas lack these privileges. You journey from village to village lending medical help wherever you can. Most traveling physicians aren’t as qualified as doctors or magical healers, but they nonetheless can make a big difference to the people they help.
- Skill Proficiencies: Medicine, Survival
- Tool Proficiencies: Herbalism kit, alchemist’s supplies
- Equipment: A healer's kit, a hand-written home remedy recipe, a set of traveler’s clothes, and a pouch containing 10 gp.
Because of your reputation (and expectation of aid), most villages and small towns will welcome you with open arms. Taverns, inns, and some temples will house you if you promise your services to a member of the community. Additionally, the individual or family that you help may offer you food and additional housing, if available. Word travels fast in small communities, so strangers may recognize you and your work in areas you’ve helped.
